Desperate, the animals sought advice from a wise toad. Following the toad's plan, they told the snake they were moving to a "cozier" spot at a nearby ant hill. The snake, wanting the best for himself, rushed to the ant hill and arrogantly ordered the ants to leave, calling them "tiny and weak".
