If the file is intended for Bedrock Edition, you can often "convert" it to an automatically installing file:
Delete the .zip at the end and replace it with .mcpack (for resource/behavior packs) or .mcworld (if it's a world file).
Locate McTools 2.zip on your device. Right-click (or long-press on mobile) and select Rename . McTools 2.zip
