"Fate-Extella-CODEX" refers to the July 2017 scene release of the PC action game Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star by the group CODEX, which immediately followed the official launch. This hack-and-slash title features 16 playable Servants from the Fate universe and includes base game content often bundled with DLC, playable in a "Musou" style.
